The establishment of Klauzál 13 bookstore and gallery was based on the endeavor of Vince Publishing House for directly transmitting art of works. Their aim – just like in the publishing work in the last two decades was to raise the quality of visual culture, and to make it influential. The exhibition space – in line with the book publishing tradition of Vince – has become a lively place for visual arts. An important mission of Klauzál 13 is to help the reviving of Jewish culture and traditions in the old Jewish quarter that has started recently.
12th December

With artists of the Budapest Jewish Theatre and the Golem Theatre and the editors of Szombat magazine. (Partially in Hungarian)
From 21.00- music, dance, party.

15th December
17.00 Opening of the chamber-photo exhibition of András Villányi and presentation of the book „The last 30 years” by András Villányi and Tamás Lichtmann. The exhibition will be opened by Gábor István Benedek, writer. Discussion with the makers of the book and Tamás Verő, rabbi, István Domán pHd. chief rabbi. The Chanukah candle is lit by László Fekete, synagogue liturgical singer (chazzan).
